Before your session
You don't need to know how to pose. That's my job.
I'm not photogenic.
Most clients say that before we start. I direct every pose, angle and expression, and you see each frame on screen as we shoot, so we adjust together until it looks like you on your best day.
I hate having my picture taken.
You never have to guess what to do with your hands. I give simple, specific direction the whole session, the same way I run a fashion set.
I don't have much time.
Sessions run 30, 45 or 60 minutes at the Santa Clara studio, Friday to Sunday. Retouched images arrive within 3 business days.
I don't know what to wear.
Every session includes wardrobe guidance. Bring 1–2 looks for Portrait, up to 3 for Executive, or up to 4 for Signature, which adds a pre-session wardrobe consult.
I don't want a generic corporate headshot.
That's the point. I bring the lighting, retouching and color grading from my fashion and beauty work to executive portraits, so you look polished without looking corporate.
What if I don't like the results?
Love it or your money back. If you don't love any of your images at the end of your session, choose a full refund or a free reshoot before you leave.
The photographer
Gabriel Villalobos, executive and fashion portrait photographer.
Over the past 12+ years Gabriel has photographed 100’s of models & clients within the commercial swimwear & fashion scene. Gabriel had the opportunity to intern and work closely with one of the world’s top creative agencies (88 Phases) in Los Angeles. This photography internship was priceless, it gave Gabriel an up and close experience of working on set with some of the biggest celebrities in the Hollywood Entertainment world.
As a Production Assistant & Retoucher, Gabriel also got exposure to Los Angeles's top production studios such as MILK and Quixote. This opportunity was an experience most photographers simply dream of. Gabriel has since moved back to the SF Bay Area and launched his own onsite photography studio business catering to corporate & executive professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.
